[1.20.3+] Fixed formatting doesn't update unless score changes #134

Does not work with 1.20.3 Fixed formatting. image https://minecraft.wiki/w/Java_Edition_1.20.3

Updating the scoreboard using /scoreboard objectives modify example numberformat fixed "format here" for a scoreboard with the display of sidebar and having a player score does not update for the client unless the score changes afterwards. Vanilla behaviour is this updates when the numberformat is changed.
