I cant really say anything to this. During walking the model slightly bobs left and right as part of the animation. Never seen or heard of the falling thing, but its 100% some other mod causing this, as its not a direct issue of this mod.
jittering may be caused by tick manipulation, ive seen carpet's /tick freeze cause that, check your g4mespeed
