The idea behind this is combat maps, those that require the player to fight mobs, where instead of it being a zombie with a player head, it could be a nametagged illager that looks like the player of that name. Or how about a village where, instead of villagers, it's many players roaming about that the player can trade with. Even better, it would be hilarious to see a player walk up to another, and all of a sudden that player explodes (It was actually a nametagged creeper)
Obviously it'd be too simple to have it be the same use as with the pets, so I figured have it be another flag check, such as looking for brackets, or similarly to commands, name the tag with "player:[player name]", or since this use should likely be creative only, add a nametag item with special nbt to be used for all mobs outside of pets
Of course I don't mean to put pressure towards this idea, it's a fun and possibly useful one to consider
