Custom Names #10

User Story (MVP) - Allow users to specify custom names before the mission is generated.

Post-MVP - Allow users to specify custom missions as well.

Notes - Technical debt may make this issue rather complicated. Custom names may be useful because they allow a user to reuse "characters" across multiple missions, thereby generating a campaign (see #8).

Priority - Medium.
