Genshi UnicodeDecodeError error while rendering template (code+wiki...) #27

After upgrading trac 0.12 to 0.12.1 (and current Trac 0.12.2dev-r10437) - I've re-install genshi, tracstats... but cannot view any graphics anymore from tracstats. The base system locale is ISO8859-1.

Does the UnicodeDecodeError have a line number, or Traceback I could look at?

I made an attempted fix, although I haven't been able to reproduce. Can you try the latest?
