Remove jquery from TracStats source tree #40

Trac 1.0.2 has jQuery already included by default.

When both jQuery versions are active - TracStats "Code" page is not displayed correctly due to javascript error.

Great! Do you know what version they started adding that? I'm wondering if I should provide a backwards-compatibility for old versions of trac...

According to http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/10165 they upgraded to jQuery 1.7 when releasing Trac version 1.0.

However, earlier versions of Trac also include jQuery: http://trac.edgewall.org/log/trunk/trac/htdocs/js/jquery.js
