Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse('tracstats') #45

Running easy_install tracstats, as instructed by https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TracStatsPlugin, returns: error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse('tracstats')

This is with Python 2.7.12

Fixed by uploading packages to PyPI.
