Postgres problem #6

Got this when trying to access the stats:

Trac detected an internal error: OperationalError: ERROR: function strftime(unknown, integer, unknown) does not exist LINE 2: select strftime('%Y-%W', time, 'unixepoch'), ^ HINT: No function matches the given name and argument types. You might need to add explicit type casts.
