Support Extended Format #2

The default format for Traccar seems a bit non-standard. The "extended format" used on the Android device seems much more complete (although it would be nice to have "accuracy" and "location_provider", as discussed in https://github.com/tananaev/traccar-client-android/issues/68).

I've been using the Traccar Client for Android and expected the IOS version to work the same. Enhanced mode is missing and therfore no altitude is provided and it cannot use it for my tracking application at a gliding contest starting in 2 days. How soon can enhanced mode be provided ?

Even if I could implement it today, there is still an Apple review process that takes about a week.
