In Reports->Chart, Chart Type not selectable until Show is pressed. #1180

Describe the bug Under Report->Chart, Chart Type is defaulted to Speed and cannot be changed until Show is pressed, only then can you select something else.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Report'
  2. Click on 'Chart'
  3. See error - Chart Type is 'Speed' and cannot be changed until you press Show

Expected behavior Chart Type should be selectable before you Show.

The same is true under Reports->Route, where Columns is initially blank and not selectable: image

That's expected behavior. We don't know the full list until we actually get the data.
