Driver Name #1197

If the driver number doesn't exist in the system and the tracker is reporting the driver number the web app will crash

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add driver to the info popup
  2. Don't add a driver with the driver id matching what the tracker is reporting
  3. click on that device and the screen will go white

Expected behavior Display the driver number instead
