Yandex map in modern interface #939

Hi! how I can use yandexmap in modern interface? Thanks in advance!

It's not supported. The problem is that Yandex maps are not using a standard projection, so we can't use them currently.

do you plan to fix this in the future? or at least google maps. it is very important for users in Russia

Can't fix it if this is not possible, but I know that support for non-standard projections is on the roadmap for the team that maintains the map library, so once it's available we can add it back.

Closing for now as it's not possible to support. We can revisit it later if projections become available.
