Forum not accepting new post

Hi Anton, I was submitting a question about a new 4G device and the forum says: "Forbidden" when I click submit. I tried in a new tab, same thing and checked that I am logged in.

Here is my question btw, but I'll put it on the forum as soon as im able to:

New 4G OBD2 GPS device with DTC support C005, cant connect with Huabao on 5015

Hello, I'm running several Coban 306A OBD2 devices, along with some Sinotrack 906W and 902L-4G OBD2 devices. Unfortunately, the latter doesnt have DTC engine code alerts, and the ODB2 devices are 3G and that service will by sunsetted at some point by US telcoms. So I am testing a new 4G device called COO5, Alibaba link below. It looks very similar to the 902L, except I cant get it to connect. I did connect to their server en.aika168.com, so I know the SIM data is fine. 

I asked the seller what protocol it uses and he said JT808 and sent the two docs linked below. The search on this forum said it should be Huabao on 5015, but that doesnt work. I've tried 5013, 5023, and others. I tried comparing to the Huabao protocol docs from this site, but one says its for JT702/JT70, and couldnt see if they are different. 

Could someone look if JT808 from the C005 seller can work with Huabao? Thank you
