Emulator only works in http and failed to fetch in https #5337

Describe the bug Emulator only works in http and not fetch in https

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Account
  2. Preferences
  3. Information
  4. Emulator

Expected behavior When try to emulate a device in http works really great, but if you do the same in https, there is always an error: "Failed to fetch". My https is done like mentioned in: https://www.traccar.org/secure-connection/

I add happend in demo...traccar.org too.
