Format for DOB #26

I didn't notice this until I started translating.

In the AgeType, one of the two allowable formats is for data of birth. It looks like the format specified "[01][0-9]/[0123][0-9]/[12][0-9]{3}" (MM-DD-YYYY) is different from the XML date datatype YYYY-MM-DD.

It would be simpler if all actual dates followed the same format. Just rearrange the regular expression and change the separator character.
