Test MinOccurs="1"? #6

Not every animal will need testing for anything. Should the Test element in Animal be optional (minOccurs="0" not optional in the sense that a reasonable application would not support it.)

@mkm1879 reported that the absence of minOccurs will default to one. This is not desired.

7/16 agreed that the minOccurs should be zero as Test is not mandatory.
