Remove duplicates and already installed packages
Move Python packages install to apt or pipx (https://www.kali.org/blog/python-externally-managed/)
Fix the sn0int install
Update Obsidian install script to always point to latest AppImage release

PS: The "Add missing pip3 Python package manager" commit is not mandatory as it will be installed as a dependency for sherlock

now we're adding obsidian to the image by default, removed that part from install script. feel free to mod the obsidian install in the build to pull the latest though. that was really cool .
