Rendering of private or informal path #15

According to the recommendations of the Trails Working Group, highway=path + informal=yes or access=private|no best should "not shown at all", or at least "should be substantially less prominent".

I prefer to render them according to "However, sometimes showing such trails can help orientation in terrain or help in emergency situations."

Hi @pyrog , it seems both informal and access=private|no are rendered in carto and tracestrack carto/topo. What do you suggest to change?
