Feature description

Add a light border around images to create a delimitation around them.

How it works

The border is automatically added during edition and read

should we also add the border to:

space description
kanban cards description
logbook items description

By adding the border to comments, it'll apply to news and app thread. And by adding the border to note, we add it to tinymce so each edition using tinymce will display the border
