Having a second input box to enter a time you want to jump a playing video by seems too awkward, I think we should just give the option to jump a playing video forward or backwards by 5 seconds.
[x] Remove the seconds input box
[x] Update the skip controls to jump by 5 seconds forwards / backwards
[x] Have a look for some better icons to use to distinguish between next/back (arrows) and skip fowards/backwards (ffwd rwd) (see http://fontawesome.io/icons/)
Alternatively consider a seek bar (similar to volume bar) allowing easy navigation.
