migrate mongodb driver to 3.x #135

considering this https://github.com/tracking-exposed/facebook/pull/116#issuecomment-502440816, and this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47426760/test-two-different-npm-package-versions-at-the-same-time the goal of this issue is import two version of mongodb driver and use them in parallel, until the old code is fully migrated.

This requires npm 6.x

done. some old code it is still present. i'll add this issue to the next major release
