features and deployment tasks for the first version (0.2.x)

Considering the progress had on yttrex 1.8, a few of these improvement would also be moved in tiktok extension 0.2.0;

• [x] fix #1
• [x] update popup to link to actual website/ current research only notice
• [x] publish it in the chrome/mozilla store so it can start to be used by researchers without having to build it.
• [x] make a dummy https://tiktok.tracking.exposed so we can at least fetch API, personal page, experiments page.
• [x] setting up domain name tiktok.tracking.exposed
• [x] figure out basic statistics to measure how the system is healthy.
