This fixes #803 by capturing and send new "sigiState" and "api" events to tk:backend.

Build the extension and use it for a while.
Inspect the collected apiRequests at http://localhost:14000/api/v2/apiRequests
Inspect the collected sigiStates at http://localhost:14000/api/v2/sigiStates
