Since we changed the hosting for youchoose.ai - and we're gonna migrate soon to docker - I have disabled the deploy from the CI for ycai.

ycai: disable deploy with rsync strategy

When merging this on daily the CI should run without errors.

There's not much to review, just consider to delete the code instead of commenting it
