Change the radius in batch using TrackScheme menu and selection. #6

Would there be a way to implement the possibility to edit the radius in the TrackScheme as we can change the color. Very convenient because I can do it quickly for single cells, for branches, for the whole lineage, or from certain time point on without big effort.

Has to be done in fiji/TrackMate.

After a few hours of fiddling, I could not find an elegant way to do this in TrackScheme. The graph library I use for TrackScheme is very hard to adapt to anything that is not displayed in TrackScheme as a small cell. So I can hack it to edit spot names, but not spot radius properly.
