It would be great to have an Rest API endpoint to enable/disable the data sampling feature for multiple objects. So far I have not found an easier option than configuring it manually via the UI.

Actually my apologises for having forgotten it when I did read your issue @sebwurl but there is already an endpoint for this:

It is part of the splk-dsm resource group, I will however look at include a bulk edit action in the UI!
