feature - disable monitoring during a day / hour combination #706

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users may have indexes with different behaviour at certain hours on specific days such as batch processes, patching, where TrackMe monitoring should be disabled.

Describe the solution you'd like Be able to disable monitoring on a per-entity basis for specific day / hour combinations (arbitrary example: enabled all the time except midnight-2am every Monday).

Describe alternatives you've considered The existing week days and hours range monitoring features, but they don't appear to support disabling for combinations of hours and days (unless I've misunderstood!).
