enhancement - TrackMe Health Tracker - Detect and Auto fix duplicated entities in all components

Duplicated entities in TrackMe are not normally expected, but if present this can cause various issues in the trackers logics and can impact the detection and tracking.
With this enhancement, the Health Tracker would automatically detect and address any duplicated entities in the components central collections.
