bug - Virtual Tenants UI - The screen Show knowledge objects per tenant shows a count 0 for scheduled searches

In Manage Virtual Tenant, Show Knowledge Objects, the top screen information count shows 0 for scheduled searches due to a wrong parsing of is_scheduled in the response.
