After running validations, this script uses plots.root as input, and produce plots with ratios for all plots, as shown at: http://uaf-1.t2.ucsd.edu/~mmasciov/MkFitBenchmarks/testoutdir/
In addition, update index.php to work everywhere (uaf-x/phi3/lxplus)
