At bregma 4.9 the atlas shows a couple of blobs:
but at bregmas even more anterior, like bregma 5.2, there are areas labelled:
And bregma 4.85 for reference:
Might this be related to the other issue raised, Sagittal plate 3 is missing or inaccessible #6?
