Running Clock Proper Time Storage #30

Should ensure that running clock is correct under all circumstances--going to text, other apps, etc.

I believe it works on iOS, needs fixing on Android.

mViewPager.setOffscreenPageLimit(2);

Thats what it needed to not destroy when moving to control. It will reset when moving to other workouts/roster page.
