Fixes #26: Cache headers overridden #27

Updates _config/dynamiccache.yml to cache the following headers in addition to X-*:

Cache-Control
Etag
Expires
Last-Modified

This should pass the configuration of these headings to the webserver, and retain consistency of headers between pages hit and missed by DynamicCache.
