Summary

Re-adds compatibility for GitLab Runner with Cilicon 2.0
Upgrades GitLab Runner registration logic to use the new GitLab Runner token architecture
Adds more configuration options for GitLab Runner

Reason

Cilicon 2.0 changed runner provisioning to use Shell instead of a login script.
GitLab deprecated runner registration tokens in favour of a more robust approach using UI configuration + runner authentication tokens

Solution

Changes the runner implementation to download and configure the runner with shell commands
Changes the runner configuration to use new runner authentication tokens

Context

Closes #23

Thanks for this! Could you please merge the current main branch into it? Although there's no direct conflict, there's been a few changes since the commit this has been forked from, including the use of swiftformat.

Hi @Marcocanc I don't see any new changes compared to the target branch...
