Chart Config

Add API and GUI option to modify chart config.

API will include an options to

• override the default GUI config.
• submit callback

Allowed Config will be a list of config options that the end user will be allowed to modify. Each list entry will have the following:

• config option pointer
• label
• form input element type
• description
• single line or block
• form element onChange event subscription
