Chart.js 2 support #33

31 Have made changes to support Chart.js 2, the library is not fully backwards compatible for some chart types, the demo's have been updated to match.

Wow this is great! Personally I haven't been doing a very good job of keeping this library up to date. @Stormsys would you be interested in becoming a maintainer?
