add semver tags into the repository #5

In order to cache the package in local bower repository, we need to have a semver tag defined here.

according to this: https://github.com/bower/bower/issues/1494#issuecomment-54614074 It's not quite clear if we need to have semver in order to use bower's caching mecanism

I just pushed up a 0.1.0 release and an updated bower.json. Future updates will increment the version :)
