Ah I see. Will merge that right now, so the chart-elements show up on beta.webcomponents.org. Not sure what to do with the licensing, thou @robdodson. That's one of my weak points... Should I add the license with @lisence at the beginning of every html file?

@JosefJezek I merged and created a new bugfix release. Guess now we just need to wait till beta.webcomponents.org goes the next round of meta data scanning.
