Auto update graph #8

Need to include my other pull request before This one refers to issue #7

I've done it only the chart-bar autoupdate, because i'm not quite sure if it works. And i doesn't have a working copy. If you decide to include it, i'll take it as a "Go" and do the same for the others.

To make it a bit cleaner I used an observe block, otherwise it's pretty much the same thing. If you have time to do a PR for the other elements using this same pattern that would be awesome!
