Display top 5 strategies on front page #800

Goal

As a prospective investor, I want to see more strategies displayed on the front page.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Up to 5 live strategies are displayed on the front page, sorted based on (i) the sort_priority field (if set); (ii) the sort order of strategies in TS_PUBLIC_STRATEGIES config.
  2. Strategies are displayed with a consistent, visually appealing layout at all responsive breakpoints
  3. Strategies are displayed correctly when less than 5 are available to display on the front page.
