Currently --run-single-cyle is a very good way to test a strategy, it would be good be able to simulate this to avoid getting into a broken state

From Mikko:

Copy some code from perform-test-trade
Set simulate=true to web3config when given as a command line (has shared_option)
Do not call store.sync() when simulate is true
