Under price action signal windows

• Currently we have only one signal type PlotKind.technical_indicator_on_price - this means the signal is plotted on the top of the price
• We need to add new PlotKind.technical_indicator_detached - this means the signal will be drawn separately from the price
• Plotly offers a way to share X-axis and draw subplots-

When the technical_indicator_detached is set

• Any function that plots indicators should separate indicators "on price" and "below chart" buckets
• Any function should take a parameter subplot_height that is a pixel height for the charst below
• The subplot_height can be set to a good default value like 300

It seems like before plotting any subplots, we need to know how many indicator sub plots in total need to be made.

Not sure what is the right way to go about this.

Unless we only allow 1 subplot for now.
