Remove all strategy examples from documentation #926

  1. Remove all example strategies from documentation website
  2. Move to deprecated (do not use page/section)
  3. Make documentation point to new Github getting started repo

Move all the examples to deprecated section here and have some text above pointing the user rather towards the getting started repo:
