I am getting Tunisian Market Data flow and it is sent over the TCP/IP network, in binary format using the SBE standard (Simple Binary Encoding). I am facing a problem regarding decoding this data knowing that I have the XML file that should be parsed to get the decoders files.
If any one has an idea concerning this issue please help me.
