There aren't any design kits available for the library at the moment.
I agree that a design kit would be useful when building high-fidelity wireframes, however I don't think we can justify the creation and ongoing maintenance effort required to provide this at the moment.

When building the high-fidelity wireframes, we use component libraries to reflect what the live product will look like.
For example, Material UI is Google's component library. They publish a design kit for designers to use for their high-fidelity wireframes. The design kit includes buttons, text fields, and other parts of a web app.
A design kit would be helpful.
