Dealer needs to check bankroll of SB + BB before auto-posting them #11

Currently the dealer doesn't look at the bankroll of players, when
autoposting Small and BigBlind.

This needs to be done, furthermore it needs to be checked, that the
GameInfo then starts to create sidepots from the beginning.
