Add holeCards to HandHistory #22

There should be an interface 'HoleCardObserver'.
Every GameObserver implementing this additional interace gets informed
about hole-cards (and the hand-history thus could print them).

While a Player could implement this interface also to cheat, I think we
don't need to care about it, as there is no sense in implementing a
cheating player ?
