Tests failing on 32bit arch

Hello there,

I am a working on getting Traefik into Debian and because of that I end up packaging paerser which is a dependency.

While doing so I noticed that some of the tests are failing on 32bit arch. You can see the package status here.

The architectures for which the tests are failing are :

• armel (see build logs)
• armhf (see build logs)
• i386 (see build logs)

I will try to find some time to submit a PR but if someone has the time to fix it before me it would be a pleasure.
