Hash Algorithm #520

It would be useful to add a consistent hash algorithm mostly inline with what Haproxy provides.

Provide options to hash by:

I'd like to add a consistent hash load balancer to oxy using https://github.com/stathat/consistent I don't mind giving it a shot if I can get a 👍
