Description

Motivation

The day night system adds a lot of flavor to the game, it's a shame it was added in gen 2 and removed in gen 3. This just makes the games feel more modern and more able to see what time it is.

Design

There's 3 feature branches for the day night system detailed on the pokeemerald page. The first step should be evaluating each one and determining the differences, and compare the design considerations of each one. Once evaluated we should pull in the changes to enable the day night system from this feature branch.
